integrated facility control system provides a safe and efficient environment for
treating patients.
Patient safety closely monitored
Additional software displays the patient's treatment field, setup information,
patient-specific treatment device information, and verification of prescribed
dose. In addition, an automated scheduling system optimizes time and resources.
Patient information and prescription is fully integrated into the treatment
delivery system. A database of patient information and prescription is
maintained, which is redundantly monitored by both the computer and the
operator, in order to ensure the patient receives the correct dose and
treatment.
System-wide safety
Treatment is controlled and redundantly monitored to ensure accurate and safe
operation. Fully integrated diagnostic tools provide rapid problem
identification, while a multi-functional electronic treatment prescription
organizes and maintains critical treatment information required throughout the
treatment course.
